Garage Scavenger Hunt Clues

A garage offers many recognizable locations, but it also contains tools, chemicals, vehicles, sharp objects, and unstable storage. Use only adult-approved surfaces and keep every clue within easy reach.

Choose safe clue locations

Good choices include an empty shelf, a clean workbench corner, a bicycle basket, a labeled sports bin, or the outside of a storage cabinet. Never place clues near fuel, chemicals, blades, power tools, ladders, vehicle tires, or automatic doors.

Keep the route visible

Players should not need to move heavy boxes, climb shelves, open unapproved cabinets, or reach beneath vehicles. Mark the permitted area before the hunt begins.
