Award points for completion, collaboration, creativity, and accuracy. Keep speed as only one part of the total so thoughtful teams remain competitive.
Debrief after the finish
Ask what helped the team move faster, when information was missed, and how responsibilities were divided. The discussion turns the game into a useful team exercise.
